Every job, in one list
All 33 roles across 7 departments: what each one is for, which department it sits in, and which fractional seat it answers to. Each is a page of its own. The last column counts how many of that job are open right now on the example board.
The eight hats
These answer to the board and to each other, not into a department. At the start one or two people hold all of them.

Operations
Where people and delivery live. HR belongs here — hiring, onboarding, payroll, employment compliance and mobility are operational work with a legal edge — alongside turning a signed customer into a working one. The CHRO and the COO are the two hats above it.

Marketing & go-to-market
Two halves that are often confused. The brand half does creative, positioning, campaigns and the story the company tells outward and repeats inward — the CMO's work. The go-to-market half is partnering and growth: partnerships for reach, SDRs (BDRs outside the United States) for pipeline, and account management for what you already won. Between them sits RevOps, the plumbing that makes marketing, sales and finance count the same thing the same way.

Where these came from
The job titles and the departments follow Pebl's public careers page — 27 roles open at once across 6 departments and 10 locations, quoted as published and linked here. The field and trade roles are Part Owner's addition, because a trade business is mostly those and a software company has none of them. Titles name the base job: a seniority prefix — Senior, Sr., Staff — is a pay band rather than a different job, so it sits in the aliases rather than in the name.
